Meringue: A Study in Series

The light in my office in the mornings is magical.  The sun bounces off of the pink sandstone house next door to us and its impossible not to want to capture its orangy-pink gorgeousness. Of course, it did mean I had to have a chocolate meriangue for breakfast, but I had a bit of a studio assistant helping me create, eat and photograph this and another little series...if you look hard in the bottom right of the bottom photo, you can see her handiwork.
