…Issue 4 Errata.

Is it still called errata when the content is recipes as opposed to a knitting/crochet pattern? It was the first word that came to mind, but I am not sure if that is me being a knitter/crocheter or because it is actually the correct word.

Anyway, we have discovered some errors within the recipes of this issues and wanted to clarify.

Hand Pies

INGREDIENTS:

Rough puff Pastry:

250g (1 US cups) cold, salted butter

260g (2 US cup) plain (all purpose) flour

100 (6 tablespoons) cold water

Chocolate Chunk Cookies

360g (3 US Cups) plain or

all-purpose flour

3⁄4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

(baking soda)

250g (1 US Cup) salted butter

100g (1/2 US Cup) brown sugar

150g (3⁄4 cup) caster sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1 egg yolk

300g of chopped chocolate of

your choice
